Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in planning, preparing, and coordinating internal training programs and workshops.
- Help create training materials, presentations, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
- Coordinate venue booking, logistics, invitations, and participant communication.
- Track attendance, compile feedback, and support post-training documentation.
- Support the development of learning calendars, training summaries, and reports.
Project Management Assistance
- Assist the L&D Specialist/ PM with scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates for ongoing projects.
- Help organize events such as Management Summits and leadership development initiatives.
- Prepare project documentation, minutes of meetings, and action item trackers.
- Coordinate with various departments when needed.
HR Administrative Support (If needed)
- Provide general HR support such as filing, documentation, scanning, or data entry.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
General Administrative Tasks
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents as assigned.
- Maintain organized files (digital and physical) for L&D, PM, and HR tasks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the L&D Specialist / Project Manager or General Manager.
Qualifications
- Preferably a student or fresh graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related courses.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Willingness to learn, multitask, and collaborate with different departments.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
