Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and coordinating internal training programs and workshops.
  • Help create training materials, presentations, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
  • Coordinate venue booking, logistics, invitations, and participant communication.
  • Track attendance, compile feedback, and support post-training documentation.
  • Support the development of learning calendars, training summaries, and reports.

Project Management Assistance

  • Assist the L&D Specialist/ PM with scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates for ongoing projects.
  • Help organize events such as Management Summits and leadership development initiatives.
  • Prepare project documentation, minutes of meetings, and action item trackers.
  • Coordinate with various departments when needed.

HR Administrative Support (If needed)

  • Provide general HR support such as filing, documentation, scanning, or data entry.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR events.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents as assigned.
  • Maintain organized files (digital and physical) for L&D, PM, and HR tasks.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the L&D Specialist / Project Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a student or fresh graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related courses.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Willingness to learn, multitask, and collaborate with different departments.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
