JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Quality Assurance, your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our creative processes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client specifications, overseeing artwork quality, and fostering continuous improvement within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance Oversight:

  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Team assigned and other team members to maintain consistency and excellence in our artworks and designs.
  • Client Specifications: Be responsible for meeting the information and specification demands of our clients, ensuring their requirements are accurately met.
  • Artwork Quality: Scrutinize artwork for correct colors, positions, templates, fonts, sizes, and missing details. Ensure that artwork is clean and free from excess details.
  • Behavior Reporting: Report or coordinate any inappropriate behavior of graphic artists regarding corrections to their artwork, particularly for those who repeatedly commit basic errors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the graphic team members you oversee.
  • Problem Solving: Handle decision-making and provide solutions to challenges that arise.

Documentation Requirements:

  • Daily Production Updates: Maintain up-to-date records of daily production by checking artwork and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Error Review: Review and evaluate team errors to determine if they are GA (Graphic Artist) mistakes or not.
  • Innovation: Contribute new ideas and techniques to foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Team Collaboration:

  • Effective Communication: Be capable of interacting, communicating, and presenting ideas during team meetings.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead team meetings and provide reports on common mistakes made by GA team members and resolutions to address them.

Flexibility and Commitment:

  • Overtime: Be willing to work extra hours if needed, especially during peak seasons, to ensure the team meets its goals and deadlines.
  • Be prepared to take on other duties that may arise from time to time and as assigned by the company.
