This role will be employed under Qstrike Innovations Philippines – OPC., and will be reporting directly under the office of the Program Head Manager for all technical functional responsibilities specifically in product requirements, as well as to the Engineering & Technology Department Head for all departmental administrative responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the US counterpart stakeholders and brand managers to develop and refine product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as BA team, Project Managers, Developers, and Software Quality Assurance, to ensure that product decisions are informed by accurate and relevant data.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and specifications for product features and enhancements.
• Creates technical requirements breakdowns into functional system specs and well-written development Jira tickets.

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in computer-related courses is required.
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst/Project Management experience in the Software Development business.
• Has extensive experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira Atlassian and Confluence.
• Extensive experience in developing comprehensive specifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
